![]() ![]() Will be returning it as it just doesn’t do what is required of it. It seems a really obvious and simple thing to change: if it breaks when it’s too tight then they’re obviously using the wrong materials. I’m surpursed they haven’t adjusted the design. I never once had this issue with the iPod shuffle. what’s it’s purpose otherwise? It only has one job!! this just boils down to the clip being badly designed. If a clip that is specifically designed to function *as a clip* in sporting environments doesn’t actually *work*. I just spent almost £100 ona product that doesn’t work properly and they were telling me to use a lanyard!? That’s admittting defeat and offering nothing! When emailed explaining the issue and asking if it was just MY Mighty that has a faulty clip, they came back and told be that no, the clip was *purposefully* weak & couldn’t be made stronger because (and I quote) “.that would break the clip”! And. ![]() So stupid.Ĭustomer service was also useless. No matter where I tried fixing it, it fell off when I ran! In the end I had to put it in my pocket, which meant that I couldn’t reach the controls easily. But it’s sadly disappointing for a very simple reason: the clip just isn’t strong enough to work! The music / syncing aspect of the device works really well, but this is rendered completely useless if you intend to use the Mighty for sports. ![]()
